On the night following she was featured in the headlines of each UK newspaper. Lowe hosted the FA Cup Final live for an entire six hours from Wembley Stadium in May 2012. She was the UK's first female journalist to host the event. Lowe's career for ESPN UK began in 2007 as she was employed by Setanta Sports as a presenter as a reporter, host and presenter of their unique coverage of Football Conference. In addition, she hosted Football Matters Setanta's Premier League studio program.
